Since joining J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc.’s Commercial Division in 1997, Ted Timsah has concentrated his efforts on sales and leasing of retail space to local, regional and national clients.

A native Wichitan, Ted was previously a property manager of 20 plus multi-properties in the Wichita area and he has extensive retail experience as an operational manager of multiple retail, restaurant and service businesses. Ted has also been honored numerous times with the Wichita Area Association of Realtors’ President’s Club Award and the Master's Circle Award.  In addition, He is also a five-time recipient of Weigand’s Commercial Division’s Partnership Club designation.

Ted’s experience in the fields of retail, telecommunications and management, enables him to understand and satisfy his clients real estate needs.

Degree:     

• Bachelor degrees in English and Psychology and a minor in Business from The University of Kansas.
