Wichita Associate
Bradley joined J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Commercial Division in 1998 and began concentrating his efforts on sales and leasing of office and industrial properties to local, regional and national clients.
Every year since 1999, Bradley has been awarded membership in the Wichita Area Association of Realtors’ Master’s Circle, which honors individuals with $2,000,000.00 in closed transactions during a single year. Within the Weigand Commercial Division, Bradley has received the honor of being a $10 million producer in 2002, Top 5 in volume in 2003 and 2004, and third largest producer with more than $20 million in sales and leasing volume in 2005. More recently, Bradley was involved in the sale of Wilson Estates Office Park, Wichita’s largest investment sale in history.
Whether developing new projects, leasing existing space or buying and selling properties, Bradley brings to each relationship a solid knowledge of the market, an incomparable level of professionalism, and sales expertise as well as commitment to the client.
Bradley was awarded the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) designation in 2003 and has completed New America International’s (NAI) Corporate Real Estate Training Program, which trains participants to better understand the needs of their corporate clients.

Bradley is an active member in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. He also is the corporate walk chair for the Leukemia's Light the Night Walk. Bradley was named the Wichita Business Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2005. He was most recently named Who's Who in Manchester's Registry of real estate professionals.
Bradley graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. He is a life long resident of Wichita and is married with two children.
