Terry specializes in the sale of farms, ranches and development land. He has become one of the top sellers of these types of property in south central Kansas since joining Weigand in 1995. Terry is also a licensed auctioneer and has developed auction-marketing services into a major tool for Weigand clients that want to get a premium value for their properties in a minimum amount of time.

Terry proudly holds the Accredited Land Consultant Designation, which is given by the Realtors Land Institute to real estate professionals who have demonstrated success in all types of land sales and pass a curriculum of classes and a final examination.

Prior to coming to Weigand, Terry was involved in the banking and oil and gas business and was a John Deere dealer in Stockton, Kansas for 16 years. He has received the Master’s Circle Award, which recognizes closed transactions in excess of $5,000,000.00 in a single year, from the Wichita Area Association of Realtors each year that he has been with Weigand.

His community involvement stretches out across Kansas and includes being the former Mayor of Stockton, Kansas, past Chairman of the Economic Development for Ellis County, President of the Alumni Association of Thomas Moore Prep-Marion School, Board of Directors of St. Anthony Hospital, and Co-Chairman of Fort Hays State University's Church Campus Center fundraising. Terry is currently on the Board of Directors of the Agri-Business Council of Wichita and the Board of Directors for the Wichita Executives Association.
