Patrick joined J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. commercial division in January of 2007.  He will concentrate his efforts on gaining knowledge and expanding his portfolio within the Weigand Commercial Division.

Patrick has been involved in the Wichita Community for many years.  Having worked for the Ritchie Companies for four years, he has gained valuable insight and knowledge into the growth and development of Wichita and the surrounding area.  Patrick began his involvement in 1999, when he performed as a peer tutor at the Oaklawn Elementary school.  Since 2004 he has also assisted with serving meals at the Lord’s Diner on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Patrick received his associates degree in Social Science from Butler County Community College.  At Butler County, he also excelled on the football team, winning a National Championship in 2003.  Patrick began his real estate career in February of 2006, by joining Hedges Realty & Management in Lawrence, KS, where he assisted in the sales and leasing of residential properties.  During this time, he also invested in a few properties of his own, and continues to manage them to this day.

Patrick is a new member of the Wichita Association of Realtors as well as a member of the Kansas Association.  Patrick is anxious to get his start in the industry, and looks forward to being back in Wichita.
