Joey Ritchie is the most recent addition to the J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. group of commercial sales associates.  Joey was born and raised in Wichita where he attended Wichita Collegiate School.  He recently graduated from the University of Arkansas, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from the Sam M. Walton College of Business, a national top 25 business college. Joey\'s business major was concentrated in Finance and Real Estate with a minor in Management.

Joey has always demonstrated great interest in Wichita and the surrounding area real estate market.  This interest and his knowledge of this market is what led him back home.  Joey is well-connected in the Wichita area and looks forward to working with colleagues and clients in all commercial real estate markets.  With support J.P. Weigand's management, sales associates, and staff, Joey is anxious to assist this group and build a local and national client base.
