Lee has 28 years of prior experience in commercial real estate as Director of Real Estate for Dillon Stores in Hutchinson. He was responsible for real estate management and retail store development in Kansas and Missouri before he retired in 2000 and joined Oswald Weigand Real Estate as commercial sales associate. Lee has worked exclusively in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and office properties since joining Oswald Weigand in 2000. He also has previous experience in real estate mortgage lending as Vice President Branch Manager of Capital Federal Savings and Loan Associate in Topeka, Kansas.

A native Kansas, Lee has been active in his community serving as annual campaign drive chairman and chairman of the board of The United Wayof Reno County, President of the Hutchinson Rotary Club, President of Hutchinson Board of Realtors-2005, member board of directors of Wesley Towers Retirement Center in Hutchinson, member board of directors of Hutchinson YMCA and served on various church boards and committees.
